Donny is no stranger to the sport having been a competitive racer for over 25 years. He has run the full gamut - from motorcross, to karts, sprint cars, and late models. He is a former Texas State Late Model Champion. Donny has driven in the ARCA RE/MAX Series since 2003, with a final run as a driver in 2008 finishing 18th in the point standings.

As a team owner, Donny brings his experience in racing as well as his experience as a successful businessman. Donny runs his team like a business - with top people, equipment and positive attitude. He has a keen eye for driver talent, and he plans to scout and bring out that talent behind the wheel in his race cars. He is on a mission to find the next great American driver that does not have funding or a silver spoon, and give them an opportunity to prove themselves in his race cars.

He is a believer in bringing out the best in people and giving them what they need to succeed.

Donny is dedicated to building a complete race program and he has brought on marketing partners with PGM Racing that will grow with the team. He is a natural at marketing, and plans to utilize business to business relationships in an effort to build successful activation programs for his sponsors.

Donny is also the Owner/President of Porter Glass and Mirror, Co. in Porter, TX. The race team is also housed at this location.

Donny has been happily married to Roxanne for 31 years, and they have two children, Brandon (24) and Kristy (27), and four grandaughters. He resides in Porter, TX.

Driver - Stephan McCurley

Stephan McCurley was handpicked by Donny Kelley to be PGM Racing's first development driver in the ARCA RE/Max Series. Stephan's talent behind the wheel comes from racing since he was 7 years old; beginning in karts, then the Allison Legacy Series, Pro Late Models and Super Late Models. He has won several track championships, regional and state championships. In 2008, Stephan ran the ASA Southeast Asphalt Series in his own late model. He finished 2nd in the overall final points championship in the series inaugural season, and this was also Stephan's first year in a late model touring series. He also won the Blue Ridge regional championship in points and finished 2nd in the Carolina Clash regional championship points, all for the ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour.

Stephan will race the full 2009 ARCA RE/MAX Series Schedule for PGM Racing and pursue the ARCA Rookie Of the Year Title.
